Top Golf Destinations To Visit In Las Vegas

By: Charles Davis

The Lake Las Vegas Resort is great golfing destination for a variety of reasons. I has a reflection bay that really captures the beauty of the course and also gives in that nice country club feel. This course was designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus, so you know it will present some great challenges and intricate landscaping.
Another aabove para (no pun intended, or would that be below par?) golf course is the Falls Golf Course also located at the Lake Las Vegas Resort. This course is a relatively new addition to the Lake Las Vegas Resort but it is still a good one. This course varies hugely in elevation and is name the aFallsa for its many beautiful waterfalls, creeks and streams that runs through the course. The back nine, 12th, 13th, and 14th holes are considered to be the most difficult, yet breath-taking holes in Nevada. Price: $250-300
One in a different setting is The Siena Golf Club. This course is for the person that is not a professional because the course isnat as hard as others in the area. However it still provides great scenery and landscaping to produce a great round of golf. The highlight of this course it the ancient Italian theme.
Another great golf course is the Royal Links Golf Club which offers some challenging holes. Before every hole is a history plaque telling the history of the hole. This is because the course is made up of the best British Open holes in history. One of the most famous bunkers on this course is the aHella bunker so be ready to tackle that bunker.
If you want to try something different, then go to the Desert Pines Golf Club. This course is littered with pine trees which is its most distinguishable characteristic. With about four thousand pine trees strewn throughout it, it is considered to be one of the best courses in Las Vegas with a reasonable price.
Dragon Ridge Country Club The elevation changes make this course challenging. There are a lot of water features especially in the first 5 holes. Some of more challenging holes have rough terrain that will have golfers beating themselves up over it. Price You must be a member of this country club or a guest to a member.
The Wolf Course at Paiute Resort at 7,600 yards, this course is the longest in Nevada and one of the most difficult. This goes especially for the last hole, where the slightest slip could sink the ball into the lake on the right side of the course. This course is a considerable challenge and should not be approached by amateurs. Price $135-200
A great course for experts is the Bali Hai Golf Club. It has a little South Pacific influence in the way it was created and landscaped, including one green that is on an island, a bundle of palm trees and over ten thousand plants of tropical nature which really bring the course alive. You wonat be disappointed by the challenge of this course because it takes a great deal of skill.
