The First Move Down Golf Swing

By: Trent

The first move down in your golf swing is very controversial. Line up 100 golf instructors and they'll all say something different. The move you make in your down swing needs to be what works for you. I know for me I went through many swing thoughts until I found one that worked like a charm.

So this all depends on your current swing faults and how you want to correct them. I can tell you right now you have physical limitations causing most of them and you need to address these limitations to eliminate them.

Let me tell you what happened to me.

I kept hearing drive your legs, and what I ended up doing was sliding laterally EVERY time and no golf instructor ever picked up on it. This caused my slice and also the shanks. I spent hundreds of dollars on lessons and these "cookie cutter" instructors never took the time to find the "cause" of my swing faults.

Once I figured it out, I knew what I needed to do.

My swing thought for the first move down in my golf swing was drop first, then rotate my shoulders. Now some instructors would say that's wrong. I ask all of them...how is that wrong if I now hit a nice draw, NEVER shank the ball and play to a single-digit handicap?

Golf instructors are not the cure-all-end-all you may think they are.

I would like you to take your swing issues into your own hands and fix it once-and-for-all.

Do you want to discover the secret to creating more power and consistency in your golf swing.
