The Connected Golf Swing: Give It A Try

By: Curt Smith

If you want a consistent swing you should try the connected golf swing. This is a simple swing that takes out most of the timing and individual movements of the arms and hands. Too many amateur golfers swing with their arms and try to rotate the clubface with their hands at impact making it a very inconsistent golf swing. Simplifying your golf driver swing will make a huge difference off the tee.

Swinging Connected

If you don't know what this term means I'll describe it for you.

The connected golf swing is swinging with your hands, arms and core all together at the same time. The only problem with this swing technique is you must be fit for golf. You need to be able to strongly rotate your core to hit the ball solid. No relying on hand speed.

Core strength is not achieved by hitting balls and playing. To strengthen your core you need to do a fitness for golf routine. Focusing on core rotational exercises that will allow you to fully use your core muscles as possible.

This is a perfect example of how you need to be in shape to play good golf. An out of shape golfer could not swing connected like we are talking about. NO WAY! There are few golfers who can, but many more could if you got in better shape for your golf game.

Do you want to discover the secret to creating more power and consistency in your golf swing.
