Squat Golf Swing For Longer Drives

Doing a squat for golf swing distance, power and longer drives is a simple approach any golfer can take no matter age, ability or fitness level. With the legs being a key factor in power generation, the simple exercise of a squat will great improve your golf swing power. It can be done anywhere with no equipment or just a pair of dumbbells.

The legs are your foundation to your golf swing. They provide both stability and power. The stronger your legs are the more stable your swing and powerful it is. Does that make sense? You can develop an amazing amount of power resulting in longer drives by doing this simple squat.

One way to perform a squat is to find a chair. Then just sit and stand up 20 times. Done. You just did a squat for 20 repetitions! You won't believe how much stronger your legs will get just doing that simple exercise.
