When you're just starting out playing golf. Learning golf tips for beginners is critical. This basic tips can cut through the clutter and over-analysis of the golf swing and allow you to enjoy golf from the very start!

Learn The Fundamentals

Grip: You're only connection to the club is through your hands. Grip the club incorrectly and you'll never make solid contact. When you grip the club, you should not manipulate your hands at all. Let them hang naturally and then bring them together. That is exactly how you grip the club.

Posture: Without proper golf posture, you're golf swing will be inconsistent at best! Learning the correct posture takes a little bit of work. Stand tall with your arms hanging relaxed at your sides.

Now bend at your waste forward until your arms fall forward and your hands are hanging right under your shoulders. Grab a club in this position and you'll notice the club is off the ground. Flex your knees until the clubhead touches the ground. This is the correct posture.

Ball Position: The ball position varies slightly with different clubs. The driver the ball is off the inside heal of your lead foot. As you go down in clubs to your 3 wood, 5 wood, 3 iron and so on the ball slowly inches towards the middle of your stance. Each club should move the ball an inch or so towards the middle.

These are the three critical fundamentals that beginner golfers should get down FIRST! Get this down and the game will be more enjoyable.
