Impact Position In Golf Swing

By: Mike T Pedersen

The impact position in golf swing training is the most important thing to focus on in my opinion. You see...the moment of truth is how the clubface impacts the ball upon initial contact. If the impact is squarely on the clubface, you've got a ball that will jump of the face of the club and go long and straight.

The ONLY thing for most golfers is the proper impact position requires flexibility and even strength, and if the golfer doesn't have it they will struggle indefinitely to achieve this desired part of the golf swing.

If you look at the modern day golfer at impact the hips are open quite a bit, as the shoulders are mostly square. This position is very hard to achieve without adequate strength and flexibility in your core and hip region.

Just try to get in that position in front of a mirror and you'll soon realize it's awkward and very hard to do, so what gives you the idea that you can achieve this during a golf swing.

Do you want to discover the secret to creating more power and consistency in your golf swing... AND eliminating ALL your swing faults?
