How To Keep Knees Flexed In The Golf Swing

By: Curt Smith

Learn how to keep your knees flexed in your golf swing is a must for consistent golf. This is not possible unless you look at the cause of this swing fault. The cause can be 2 different issues, of which they both should be addressed for a long-term solution. One of the solutions is golf exercises.

Not being able to keep your knees flexed during your golf swing is a PHYSICAL issue. Specifically it's a weakness in your quadriceps. The quads are the main muscle group to keep your knees flexed.

So this swing fault is caused by a physical weakness. You can hit thousands of balls and it doesn't matter. You will still have this swing fault indefinitely.

Believe it or not, this is a very common swing fault, but most instructors don't recognize it as a physical flaw. They keep getting the golfer to try to keep it bent when the golfer can't physically do this.

He or she must strengthen the quadriceps "off the course" to cure this swing fault. There is NO other way!

But...once you do improve this strength, you will no longer have this swing fault. Problem solved "off the course".

Do you want to discover the secret to golf swing power and consistency?
