Golfers: It's Time To Get In Shape For Golf

You may have been thinking about this for a while now, but it's time to get in shape for golf if you have any desire to play better. This isn't something you should mull over...you NEED to do it! And you should NOT delay! Time's wasting away and so is your game!

A stronger body creates more power and distance in golf! There is no other way to look at it. A weak body produces weak shots that slice and lose distance. Improving your golf-specific strength is your fast-track to longer drives!

A flexible body can make a bigger turn (backswing) which will allow those "strong" muscles to explode into the golf ball resulting from the higher clubhead speed! Flexibility also allows you to stay "injury-free" by not putting undo stress on your tendons, ligaments, joints and muscles.

Losing weight will give you more stamina and allow you to make a freer golf swing with less restrictions getting in the way! The standard golfers "pot belly" serves no purpose, and only gets in the way of your golf swing.

Better endurance will help you maintain focus for 18 holes. When you fatigue, you lose mental concentration and make bad golf swings. If you want to be a better golf, you've got to get in shape for golf!
