Golf Swing Tempo - The Secret To Achieving It

By: Curt Smith

Your golf swing tempo is critical to game. You must have a smooth, effortless and fluid golf swing to hit good shots. There is no way around it. If your tempo is quick and jerky you will have more mishits than good shots.

I want to give you a little secret to achieving near perfect golf swing tempo.

It's not effort in your swing that gets this tempo. It's your muscles. Your muscles are either restricted, tight and jerky, or they are loose fluid and smooth. Which do you think yours are?

I'll bet they are the latter!

Tight, inflexible and weak muscles will not ever achieve optimal golf swing tempo. If you don't improve your golf muscles, forget about swing tempo and try something else.

Think of Fred Couples. I know he's dealt with back problems, which are vertebrae related, not muscular, but look how smooth his swing is. Do you think he is weak or tight? No way! How about Ernie Els? He even has a book out on fitness and golf, so you know he works on his muscles to have that near perfect swing tempo.

So the secret to achieving perfect golf swing tempo is your golf muscles. Apply simple stretches and exercises and you'll be swinging silky smooth in no time.

Do you want to discover the secret to creating more power and consistency in your golf swing, and eliminate ALL swing faults?
