Golf Swing Hip Turn For More Power

By: Trent

In your golf swing, hip turn can generate an enormous amount of power. The hips are connected to your core area, which is the engine to your swing. The more you can rotate your hip turn in your golf swing, the longer your drives are going to be. But one issue for most golfers is they can't turn their hips! Physically they are not able to.

You see...if you are not physically capable to produce the required hip turn and rotation in your swing, you will not generate the power you so desire.

The reason for this is a limitation in hip turn from both a strength and from a flexibility standpoint. Most older golfers have lost a severe amount of motion in their hip region, as well as strength. That is why senior golfers cannot implement adequate hip rotation in their swing, resulting in shorter drives that never go straight.

The Solution

If you apply simple golf stretches and strength exercises specific to this area of your body you will easily be able to create more hip turn in your golf swing. In fact, it will be effortless. The minute you "release" the tension in your hips via exercise, you will quite easily be able to rotate your hips with no additional effort.

What a great feeling to be able to do what your mind wants to do with a body that is now in better shape to play 18 holes of consistent golf!

Do you want to discover the secret to creating more power and consistency in your golf swing... AND eliminating ALL your swing faults?
