Golf Swing Exercises Add Power And Improve Consistency

By: Mike T Pedersen

When it comes to implementing golf swing exercises, you really should take a hard look at it, as this is one of the most effective ways to improve your consistency and add power to your golf swing.

You see...every golfer has a physical deficiency or limitation that directly affects their golf swing. It could be flexibility, strength or endurance, but either way, if these limitations are not addressed the golfers swing will suffer indefinitely.

For example, lets say you can't make a full turn on your backswing. This is a physical issue not a mechanical one. The specific golf muscles on your body involving your backswing are severely restricted. They cannot provide the range of motion you need to make a full turn.

The solution is stretching those specific muscles to release the tension and allow you to make a full backswing without strain or added effort.

What about lacking power in your swing?

This could be many different issues, but core strength (and flexibility) are definitely an issue if you lack distance.

Strengthen your core with rotational golf exercises that will create more torque and power in your golf swing.

Are you starting to understand this very simple approach to better golf?

Do you want to discover the secret to creating more power and consistency in your golf swing... AND eliminating ALL your swing faults?
