Golf Swing Drills Aren't Effective

Golf swing drills don't work! I want to get your attention and play devil's advocate for a moment. Now in reality I think golf swing drills are critical to any golfer who needs to improve swing faults or bad fundamentals, but what I'm trying to get at is how they won't work unless you combine them with a golf-specific exercise program. A broken body won't be able to execute golf drills! There's no way...so why waste your time.

The majority of golfers have some physical restriction in their body that is not allowing them to execute good golf swing fundamentals, and in the search for a better game, golfers will implement golf tips and drills in hopes for a better swing.

The problem with this approach is that your body, if restricted will be fighting your drills all the way!

What you need to do is find the physical limitation causing the swing fault, eliminate that first with exercises and stretches, then do your golf swing drills (technique) to make your swing better.

Doesn't that make more sense?
