Golf Stretching Exercises Can Be Very Easy

By: Trent

Golf stretching exercises may sound grueling, but they don't have to be if you know what you're doing and follow a consistent plan. The most important part is getting a stretching plan for golf from a reliable source. A source that knows the mechanical aspects of the golf swing as well as the physical ones.

There are many stretches that can actually hurt your swing not help it. Do any of these and kiss your swing good-bye! You need to stretch ONLY the muscles you use in your golf swing to get maximum return on your investment.

Golf Stretching DVD

Do a little research online and find a golf stretching dvd that you feel is credible and will help your swing. Find out if the person behind this dvd knows golf, or is it a trainer trying to get a piece of the golf fitness pie that's exploding right now?

Golf Stretching Book

If you're the reading type, a golf stretching book will be your first choice. Get a book that covers all aspects of your golf swing, including limitations and power generators. Find stretches for lower back issues, as well swing technique flaws.

Simple Exercises

These stretching exercises can be as simple as spending 5 minutes a day right in your office. No sweating or driving to a gym. Just get them in and on with your day. Do a couple at night when you're watching your favorite TV program.
