Golf Specific Stretching Exercises For Huge Drives

By: Mike T Pedersen

You MUST do golf specific stretching exercises if you want to maximize your driving distance. It is IMPOSSIBLE to expect or hit long drives when you are too tight to make a full backswing. Anything less than a full backswing will not produce high clubhead speed. The problem most golfers have is they try to make a full swing even though they physically can't so they get even tighter from the muscular effort and hit it even shorter...ugh!

Make It Specific To Your Swing Faults

"For Every Swing Fault, There Is A Physical Limitation Causing It"

You heard it here. Here it anywhere else and yet again my "copycatters are at work as they always are.

I truly feel I can cure any swing fault by applying a strength or stretching exercise for a swing fault and cure it!

I know it's a bold statement, but golfers have been misled by instructors. Instructors get you coming back again and again and you're not getting any better.

Sound familiar?

I get emails all the time stating this.

I can tell you right now it's a PHYSICAL issue! If you were here I'd really scream it to get my point across.

So for a golfer who is lacking driving distance, I would strongly recommend stretches specific exercises for your golf backswing. This will create a full golf swing loaded with power.

Do you want to discover the secret to creating more power and consistency in your golf swing... AND eliminating ALL your swing faults?
