Senior golf fitness is a must for any golfer over 55 years of age. The physical decline that happens at this age can be rapid and deadly to your golf game.

With age comes declining physical ability. This decline can wreak havoc on your golf game. Your golf swing requires a certain level of strength and flexibility and if you don't have it your swing will lack distance, consistency and your mechanics will be very inefficient.

Fitness for golf IS the ANSWER!

Improving your strength specific to golf will add yards to EVERY club in your bag and will prevent golf injuries from occurring. Adding strength will NEVER hurt your golf swing.

Flexibility will give your swing a FULL backswing loaded with POWER! If you're lacking distance and you're a senior golfer, I can assure you that your flexibility needs attention.

It doesn't take a lot of work to see improvement!

That's the MOST exciting thing about a senior golfer starting a golf fitness program. There is only an UPSIDE to the end-result. If your starting point is really low, you will see the fastest improvement. This improvement will be noticeable on the golf course. You will be hitting your drives 10-20 yards further very quickly. Your consistency will improve, and your score will drop rapidly.
