Discover How Not To Sway In Your Golf Swing

By: Curt Smith

Do you want to learn how not to sway in your golf swing? Swaying is the cause of many swing faults of which none will be cured until you can locate the cause of your swaying and find a solution to fix it.

It is sometimes difficult to diagnose a sway in your swing unless you see it on video tape. This swing fault can be very slight to the human eye, and very hard to pick up, but on video, drawing initial lines on the video where your hip starts in your swing and ends can be an eye-opener.

The main movement in the golf swing is rotational. The lateral component is much less and if not even necessary to execute a sound golf swing. Actually the Stack and Tilt Golf Swing has literally no lateral movement and is becoming very popular with amateur golfers.

The beginning golfer will have a hard time solving this sway in their golf swing, and not knowing what is causing it is even more frustrating for them.

If you dig a little deeper into the cause, you may find that it's a "physical" issue. Let me give you an example specific to this.

If your core muscles are weak and tight, you will make a less than full back swing, then instead of rotating powerfully back to the ball you will slide toward it, cause a glancing blow to the ball.

Strong core muscles can execute this powerful rotation easy, which will completely eliminate the later sway in your golf swing.

So instead of taking more lessons and not having your golf teaching pro recognize the cause of your sway swing, you can now strengthen and stretch your core muscles at home and literally cure this swing fault.

Do you want to discover the secret to creating more power and consistency in your golf swing, and eliminating ALL your swing faults?
