Better Golf Swing Is Possible

By: Mike T Pedersen

A better golf swing is easy to achieve with the right approach. It's not about taking more lessons, hitting more golf balls or wasting anymore money on clubs or training aids. It's about realizing what swings your club. Do you know what that is? Hint...you look at it every day in the mirror. YOU! You and your body swings the club, so to get a better golf swing you must first "fix the machine".

The 2 physical requirements for a better swing are strength and flexibility. These must be specific to your golf swing. So when you focus on your golf swing requirements, make sure to do exercises and stretches that closely mimic your swing.

A simple example is swinging a weighted golf club. You can't get anymore specific than that. Using resistance while swinging. Pretty good combination.

Using hand weights, exercise tubing and dumbbells will greatly improve your golf swing strength and power.

A better golf swing is not far off for any golfer willing to take a step back and find the "root cause" of their swing fault. I'll bet you if they dig deep enough, it will be a physical issue.

Do you want to discover the secret to creating more power and consistency in your golf swing... AND eliminating ALL your swing faults?
