By: Trent

Golfers need to focus on exercises that are very similar to their golf swing. Break down your swing into phases and do that movement with resistance, whether it be tubing or dumbbells. You can come up with dozens of simple and fun exercises to do right in your home!

Improve Your Strength For Golf

Getting stronger is not a bad thing. Many golfers think it will ruin their game. Wrong! Has it ruined Tigers game? Not! The benefits of working on your strength for golf far outweigh any negatives.

Increasing you strength does not mean bigger, bulkier muscles. It means stronger muscles for the movements required in your golf swing.
