7 Tips to Playing Better Golf On Tuesdays

So you’ve started a GFP (Golf Fitness Program). Well, what exactly is a Golf Fitness Program? How can you get the most out of it? Why should you play better on Tuesdays?

Well there are a lot of them out there, GFP’s. They come in all shapes and sizes. It could be just a general exercise program. It could be yoga or pilates. But the reality is this, “a GFP should revolve around enhancing your golf performance, not jus working out” says Rafael Moret,CSCS, creator of the Miami Golf Fitness Program(www.MiamiGolfFitness.com). The exercises you perform should make you more stable, strengthen your core, and develop your endurance.

Why do you play better on Tuesdays? Well let’s say you play a round on Saturday or on Sunday, or both for that matter. Monday your going to relax, and that means going to workout and stretch intensely. If you to the range after your workout and stretching session, your body has not had enough time to recuperate and re-center itself. But by the time Tuesday rolls around you’ll be a new person, stronger, balanced, loose and ready to play.

So here are you 7 Tips to Playing Better on Tuesdays:

1.Play Golf Saturday or Sunday, or Both
2.Take Monday Off from Golf
3.Workout on Monday
4.Stretch on Monday
5.Do the Stretches Outlined in “The 7 Stretches You Need Before You Play” e-Book Tuesday Morning
6.Hit the Range for 15-20 Minute before you Play to re-center yourself
7.Relax
